01What DAX-MD is
DAX-MD ("the Bot", "we", "us") is a Telegram userbot. It signs in to your own Telegram account with a session you approve and runs the automations you switch on: AI replies, reactions, anti-link, scheduled messages, broadcasts, downloads and more.
It acts as you. Anything DAX-MD sends, deletes, reacts to or leaves is done from your account, and you are responsible for it. You can revoke access at any time with /stop.

03Your messages
DAX-MD receives your messages in real time so it can run the automations you switch on. It does not keep a message archive. Three things you should know:
04How we use your data
- Session maintenance: keep your userbot signed in and running.
- Features: AI replies, reactions, auto-read, anti-link, broadcasts, group admin and every other command you use.
- Plans & payments: Business confirmation, and Premium unlocked with Telegram Stars.
- Affiliate program: track successful referrals and Stars balances.
- Support & abuse prevention: help you when you contact us, and limit repeated pairing attempts or plan switching.
- Service improvement: usage trends (counts and timings) help us tune performance.
05Storage & security
- Encryption: sessions are encrypted at rest. We never see or store your Telegram password.
- In transit: traffic between the Mini App and our servers uses HTTPS.
- Access control: database access is limited to the DAX-MD operator. Other users cannot see your data.
- Temporary files: media used for broadcasts and downloads is deleted right after processing.
- No sharing: we never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Treat your session like a password: never share it, and use /stop immediately if you lose your phone or suspect misuse.
06Third-party services
Some features rely on outside providers. Only what is needed for the request is sent, and each provider has its own privacy policy.
- Telegram API: core messaging and account actions.
- AI providers: when AI features are on, the message being answered (plus your persona text) is sent to third-party AI endpoints. We don't control how they retain it. Support chat questions go the same way.
- Media tools: text-to-speech, image generation, and video download and search. In the Mini App, your device contacts the download provider directly, so it can see your IP address and the link you pasted.
- Cloudflare: the bot check during web pairing.
- Telegram Stars: payments are processed by Telegram. We only record that Premium was unlocked.
- @SpamBot (as you): to read your account status, DAX-MD may message @SpamBot about once a day using your session. You can turn limit alerts off in the Mini App. The answer is stored in your health record.

/stop logs you out and deletes your session and settings. Unused affiliate Stars are lost when you use it. Contact us to have any remaining records removed.
08Your controls
/stop in @DAXMDrobot to log out and delete your session and settings. If Telegram itself revokes your session (device removed, session terminated), your settings are kept for 30 days so re-pairing restores them — then deleted automatically.09Consent & your responsibilities
The first time you open the Mini App, or start pairing in @DAXMDrobot, you are shown this policy and asked to agree. If you agree, we store your Telegram ID, the policy version, the date and where you agreed (Mini App or bot), so you aren't asked again unless the policy changes materially. If you decline, nothing is saved and pairing stays locked; you'll see the policy again next time.
- DAX-MD acts on your account as you. You are responsible for what it sends, deletes or leaves.
- Heavy automation (especially broadcasts and rapid replies) can trigger Telegram limits or restrictions. Follow Telegram's Terms of Service.
- The record of your agreement is kept even after
/stop, as proof of consent.
10Children's privacy
DAX-MD is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
11Changes & versions
Small edits (typos, clearer wording) update the date on this page. Material changes bump the policy version, are announced on @daxbots, and both the Mini App and the bot ask you to agree again before you continue.
The policy version is separate from the Mini App and bot release numbers, which change far more often.
